Return Policy Details
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, boxes, dust bags, and packaging must be included.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your inbox and copy the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
- Return to the website and enter the verification code.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- If the order contains multiple items, choose the item(s) you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add any notes if needed.
- Click Request Return.
Step 2: Courier Pickup
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a courier to collect the item(s) within
2–7 working days.
Step 3: Inspection
- Approved Return: Your refund will be processed using the selected refund method.
- Rejected Return: The item(s) will be shipped back to you.
